The enclosed activities in this packet include:
1 - 4-Square writing template for winter.  This will allow your students to put their thoughts together in an organized way.

1 - Word Scramble.  This can be for early finishers, center activities, or a way to reinforce reading different words.

1 - Character comparison.  There are so many stories for the winter and completing a venn diagram will help your students compare the similarities and differences between the chosen characters in the story.

1 - Fact and Opinion Activity.  The teacher can read a story about winter or the students can read one by themselves.  They will fill write down facts and opinions about winter.
